Inputs

Use either hourly rate or annual salary. Add a "loaded cost" multiplier if you want (benefits, taxes, overhead).

Count everyone whose time is blocked.
Tip: include setup + overrun buffer if common.
This tool assumes all participants have the same average cost.
Example: 1.35 means +35% overhead.
If unsure: try 60–150 depending on role/market.

This is a communication receipt: a fast estimate to help you decide if the agenda is worth it. If the meeting produces a decision, write it down.

No server calls. Copy into a doc/PR/Slack message.

Notes:

  • Loaded multiplier is optional, but reality is rarely 1.00.
  • For mixed roles: use a weighted average hourly cost.
  • Cost is not value — but it sets a bar for what the meeting must produce.
